8月18日，微生物学领域主流期刊《mBio》在线发表我校芽胞杆菌分子生物学研究团队微生物基因组学研究论文“Comparative Genomics of Bacillus thuringiensis Reveals a Path to Specialized Exploitation of Multiple Invertebrate Hosts”。 我院郑金水副教授为该论文第一作者，生科院孙明教授为通讯作者。

8月28日，学术期刊《核酸研究》（Nucleic Acids Research）在线发表了我院三维基因组学团队题为“HiTAD: detecting the structural and functional hierarchies of topologically associating domains from chromatin interactions”的研究论文。论文第一作者为博士研究生王小滔，通讯作者为彭城副教授。

11月30日，我校玉米团队严建兵教授课题组与学院陈玲玲教授课题组合作在Nature Communications杂志在线发表了题为“Contributions of Zea mays ssp. mexicanahaplotypes to modern maize”的研究论文。
